MEMBERSHIP DUES

Membership dues for all categories (except contributing associates) shall be remitted monthly to the Institute no later than the 25th of the month following the month in which product was delivered or work performed in the State of Colorado or Wyoming. 

 

Dues are $50 per month or payment according to the following schedule, whichever is greater:

 

Brick Manufacturer:

$ 1.00 per 1,000 brick sold in Colorado (modular brick equivalent).

Block Manufacturer:

$ .01 per 8" equivalent block sold within the Denver Metro RTD District.

$ .0075 per 8” equivalent block sold up to 90 miles from Denver.

$ .0050 per 8” equivalent block sold 90 - 120 miles from Denver.

$ .0025 per 8” equivalent block sold over 120 miles from Denver.

Mason Contractor:

$ .12 per mason man-hour worked.

Sponsoring Associate:

$ .05 per sack of lime sold.

$ .05 per sack of pre-blended mortar mix sold.

$1.20 per yard of pre-blended mortar mix sold.

$ .75 per yard of sand/gravel sold.

$ .0625 per yard of lightweight aggregate sold.

Contributing Associate:

$1000 per year (payable in full at start of calendar year).

 

Upon acceptance of your application by the Board of Directors, you will receive written notification, a membership dues invoice, and a package of introductory information about RMMI services and activities. We look forward to your participation in RMMI’s efforts to grow the masonry industry!
